Forest Health CareThe Cinderford Vaccination centre is running walk-in clinics for all 12-15 year olds on the following dates and times:
- Thursday 28/10/21 – 13:40 – 17:30
- Friday 29/10/21 – 08:45-12:30 and 13:40-17:30
- Saturday 30/10/21 – 08:45-12:30 and 13:40 -17:30
No appointment needed – please do not call the surgery.
All children must be accompanied by a parent who can consent for them.
Do not attend any other walk-in clinics other than those listed above as they will not be suitable to administer to children under 16.
