Management team
The practice management team consists of:
Georgia O’Hagan, operations manager
Nicola Fennell, clinical manager
Nicola leads the nursing and HCA team, but also works closely with the doctors, the managers and the practice teams to develop and maintain excellent standards of clinical care.
Administration
Our administrators liaise with hospitals and other organisations to arrange appointments and to receive and provide medical information. Administrators are responsible for registration, immunisations and cytology; they ensure your medical records are kept up-to-date and that you are invited to the practice if you need a review.
Reception
Receptionists are your first point of contact and welcome. They will assist you with appointment bookings, will provide you with information and are able to advise regarding care you need with our practice, but may need to ask some detailed questions in order to do this effectively.
